Originally from the U.S., Phoebe is now living on the beautiful Waiheke Island. A lover of all things food – from snack testing to recipe sharing – she brings her audience along for every bite. She initially started posting self-taught recipes but is currently undergoing professional culinary training to help bring her food content to new heights.

Phoebe is also busy renovating a 1970s house and is sharing every high and low of the process, turning a 50-year-old property into a gorgeous waterside home. From knocking down walls to decorating and building the garden, she takes her followers along for the entire journey – offering inspiration, laughs, and a few DIY lessons along the way.
