Hamish Parkinson is a diverse creative, known for his comedic, absurd, inventive sensibilities that has made him a favourite collaborator to many of New Zealand's top comedians and makers.
Holding a bachelor in Fine Arts majoring in film, as well as a masters in Script Writing from the International Institute of Modern Letters.
Hamish also holds awards in theatre (best production in comedy Auckland Fringe), comedy (billy t), film (best national 48 hours film) he is a proven storyteller that thinks outside of the box while still engages his audience in new and entertaining ways.
Whether it be working in stop-motion, pencil animation, illustration work, directing music videos, writing sketches, improvising, performing live stand up for 4 people or performing live absurd comedy for 400! Hamish always delivers with full commitment and fresh ideas based off his extensive knowledge of the forms and expectations of the projects aims.
