With a history in sports presenting and a career that started as host on Otago University’s now-infamous Cow TV, Andrew Mulligan certainly has experience dealing with the unexpected – a useful skill that no doubt comes in handy as an entertainer.
Familiar already to Prime viewers for his antics every weeknight on The Crowd Goes Wild, sports-mad Andrew is an old-hand at hosting, producing and reporting, and has previously appeared as a presenter on TV3's Sportzah, Summer Of Cricket, Best Damn Super 12 Show Ever and Fight For Life.
Andrew has also had more than 10 years in radio, having previously worked at The Edge, ZM, Radio Sport - and is now a co-host on the new look Morning Rumble show on The Rock.
For the past few years, Andrew has been the live presenter/in-game match enhancement for all All Blacks test matches played at home & is the Sky Sport Commentator for Basketball. He is also the voice of Rebel Sport.
To complement his TV & radio shows, Andrew also contributes his thoughts and opinions on the back page of the popular ‘Super Sport’ lift out in The New Zealand Herald. He also has co-hosted the New Zealand Rugby awards and the country's preeminent sports awards, 'The Halbergs’.
